The Nevada Desert Mermaids Board of Directors are elected club members who work tirelessly to tell the Mermaid story and to make the organization stronger. Their dedication and passion come from the heart and serve a great purpose that help make the Desert Mermaids a leader in the sport of synchronized swimming. They are accountable to members for sound financial decision-making and a personal commitment to club involvement. In addition to holding regular board meetings, each board member participates in several committees and/or leads subsidiary working groups.
