All dues are payable to SNDM on the 1st of each calendar month. Any payments not received by the 10th will result in a late fee of $25 being assessed to the swimmers account. When a payment is not received by the end of the month, two months fees become due on the first Saturday of the second month. The swimmer will not be allowed in the water and the parent/responsible party will be called to come for the swimmer. Please make timely payments in order to avoid any embarrassment to you and/or your swimmer.

A 10% multi-swimmer discount will be applied on the recurring membership dues for all additional members (lower-level team) on a single account.

A 5% discount is offered for members who pay in full for the season. Only personal checks are accepted for this option. 

Your monthly dues include the following: Pool and coaching time, one (1) competitive routine, one (1) competitive costume suit (property of the club), and entry fees for all scheduled meetings throughout the season for the included routine. Additionally, coaches' travel to competitions is included. There will be a $100 deposit assessed for the competition team suit, refunded with the proper return of the suit at the end of the season in usable condition free of mildew and damage. Additionally, there will be a non-refundable $25 rental fee per member per season for the costume suit, assessed at the start of competition season in January. 

Not included in your monthly dues:  Mermaid warm-up swimsuit, black figure swimsuit, mermaid and white swim caps, or team tracksuits. Costs of these items are separate and will be handled by the parent(s) and billed to the swimmer(s) and parents(s) on each team. Additional optional items such as backpacks, mermaid towels, and mermaid clothing are available to purchase but not required.

Forms of Payment Accepted
**The only accepted form of payment is automatic bill pay.** 

A credit or debit card is required on all accounts for on-demand payments, while a checking account for monthly ACH deduction of member dues is highly recommended to avoid processing fees. Credit cards will be charged a processing fee of base $0.30 plus 2.95% of the amount. 

Payments are broken down in monthly installments as a courtesy to the families, however, parents are responsible for the full amount per season as outlined in the Financial Responsibility Contract document. 

There are typically no additional charges for extra practices. There will be no make up sessions for practices canceled due to bad weather or the unavailability of the pool facilities.
